The first big change you’ll probably notice is that the shop is now open to everyone.
On my previous website, many products were only available to approved Tooth Gem Techs. Techs had to apply for a professional account and log in to access certain items. While my intention was to keep Tooth Gem products in the hands of trained and trusted professionals, it unintentionally created a bigger problem.
Without access to quality supplies, people turned to sites like eBay and AliExpress for low-quality, and often unsafe, alternatives.
Client safety has always been my highest priority. By opening the shop to everyone, my goal is to increase access to high-quality Tooth Gem products across the industry. If someone is going to apply Tooth Gems regardless of training, I would rather they do it with materials designed for safety and longevity.
The bonus? Easier shopping for techs who no longer need to log in just to browse. In the words of Michael Scott, I’d call this a “win-win-win.”
