Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders that include made to order items may require additional processing time. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipment. All domestic orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise specified at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping times vary by location and generally arrive within 1 to 2 weeks after shipment. International orders may ship via USPS or DHL depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, Gemini Smile is not responsible for carrier delays. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Gemini Smile is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation or delay so we can assist you.
